Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the automation service operating the Instagram Professional account @aradiginsagliksa ("the Service", run by Infless) handles data. The Service uses the official Meta Instagram Platform API.
What the Service does
The Service publishes health-information content, moderates and replies to comments, and replies to direct messages for the @aradiginsagliksa account.
Data we access
- Media, captions, and comments belonging to the @aradiginsagliksa account.
- Comments and direct messages sent to @aradiginsagliksa by other users, including the sender's Instagram username/ID, solely to generate a reply.
- Aggregate account metrics (followers, reach) for performance reporting.
How we use it
Accessed data is used only to operate the account — to create and publish content and to respond to incoming comments and messages. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Third-party processors
To generate text content and replies, message text is processed by the Google Gemini API and the Anthropic Claude API. Instagram data is accessed through Meta's Instagram Platform API.
Storage & retention
Operational data is stored on a private, access-controlled server. Interaction records are retained only as long as needed to operate and improve the Service.
Data deletion
To request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below and we will remove your interaction records.
